Laban (Milk) Benifits

Image
Allah Said in Quran : وَإنَّ لَكُمْ فِى الأَنْعَامِ لَعِبْرَةً، نُّسْقِيكُم مِّمَّا فِى بُطُونِهِ مِن بيْنِ فَرْثٍ وَدَمٍ لَّبَناً خَالِصاً سَائِغاً لِّلشَّارِبينَ  [النحل: 66]. And verily, in the cattle, there is a lesson for you. We give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, from between excretions and blood, pure milk; palatable to the drinkers. (16:66) Also, Allah Said, while describing Paradise: فِيهَا أنْهَارٌ مِّن مَّاءٍ غَيْرِ آسِنٍ وَأَنْهَارٌ مِّن لَّبَنٍ لَّمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ طَعْمُهُ  [محمد: 15] In it are rivers of water, the taste and smell of which are not changed, and rivers of milk of which the taste never changes. (47:15) In the Sunan, it is also narrated that Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam said : وفى "السنن" مرفوعاً: "مَن أطْعَمَهُ اللهُ طَعاماً فَلْيَقُلْ: اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لنا فيه، وارزُقْنا خَيراً منه، وَمَن سقاه اللهُ  لبناً، فَلْيَقُلْ: اللُّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لنا فيه، وزِدْنا منه، فإنى لا أ

THE QURAN ON BREASTFEEDING Video

Image
Breastfeeding is very clearly encouraged in the  Qur'an : "Mothers shall breastfeed their children for two whole years, for those who wish to complete the term" (2:233). Also, in reminding people to treat their parents with kindness, the Qur'an says: "His mother carried him, in weakness upon weakness, and his period of weaning is two years" (31:14). In a similar verse, Allah says: "His mother carried him with hardship, and gave birth to him in hardship. And the carrying of the child to his weaning is a period of thirty months" (46:15). Therefore, Islam strongly recommends breastfeeding but recognizes that for various reasons, parents may be unable or unwilling to complete the recommended two years. The decision about breastfeeding and the time of weaning is expected to be a mutual decision by both parents, in consideration of what is best for their family. On this point, the Qur'an says: “If they both (parents) decide on weaning, by

Emotional Stories of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Video

Image
Unlike the founders of many religious, the final prophet of Islam is a real documented and historical figure. He lived in the full light of history, and the most minute details of his life are known. Not only do Muslims have the complete text of God’s words that were revealed to Muhammad, but they have also preserved his sayings and teachings in what is called ‘Hadeeth’ literature. Emotional Stories of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)- By Maulana Tariq Jameel This having been said, it should be understood that Muslims believe that the Prophet Muhammad was only a man chosen by God, and that he is not divine in any way. In order to avoid the misguided wish to deify him, the Prophet Muhammad taught Muslims to refer to him as ‘God’s Messenger and His Slave’. The mission of the last and final prophet of God was to simply teach that ‘there is nothing divine or worthy of being worshipped except for Almighty God’, as well as being a living example of God’s revelation. In simple terms,

A brief introduction to Islam

Image
He word ‘Islam’ is an Arabic word which means ‘submission to the will of God’. This word comes from the same root as the Arabic word ‘salam’, which means ‘peace’. As such, the religion of Islam teaches that in order to achieve true peace of mind and surety of heart, one must submit to God and live according to His Divinely revealed Law. The most important truth that God revealed to mankind is that there is nothing divine or worthy of being worshipped except for Almighty God, thus all human beings should submit to Him. The word ‘Muslim’ means one who submits to the will of God, regardless of their race, nationality or ethnic background. Being a Muslim entails willful submission and active obedience to God, and living in accordance with His message. Some people mistakenly believe that Islam is just a religion for Arabs, but nothing could be further from the truth. Not only are there converts to Islam in every corner of the world, especially in England and America, but by taking a

What is Islam? About Islam

What is Islam? Islam is not a new religion, rather it is the continuation of the same Truth that God revealed to all of His prophets starting from Adam and culminating with Muhammad (peace be upon all of them), to the entire mankind.   For over one-fifth of the world’s population, Islam is not merely a religion or a set of devotional practices, instead it is a complete way of life that governs their day to day affairs – everything from social interaction to daily economic transactions.

The best way to lose weight, according to Prophet Muhammad's advice

Image
If you are Muslim and you are able, it is worth it to give the Quranic diet a try If you want to lose weight, go on a  Quranic diet . Which means get most of your calories from meat, dairy, and fruit. Use olive oil and honey. Avoid sugar, white flour, and other processed foods. Don't eat grains or nuts if you can avoid them, because these are mentioned very little in the Quran. Meat is mentioned 100 times, while grains are mentioned only 7 times. The Quranic diet is very similar to the recently popular paleolithic diet. It focuses on natural hunter-gatherer foods, the foods that our earliest ancestors enjoyed, which is mostly meat and fruit. According to  Why We Get Fat , the most scientific nutrition book written in recent history, the most important reason why people get fat is because of eating foods containing sugar and flour. The reason is that while humans cannot eat too much meat (because eating too much meat triggers human disgust responses), they can eat a lot m
